About the Program
A musical performance in a unique museum setting? What else could go better?
Malam di MACAN is an annual party of Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Nusantara (Museum MACAN) that started back in 2018.
Here, people can explore and learn about the museum until late at night, all while enjoying live performances by innovative artists from across genres.
With the theme “GERAK GROOVE”, we adapted this concept to emphasize rhythm and energy, and continue the spirit that we built since we started in 2018. This theme reflects the dynamic musical performances and festive atmosphere that we aim to recreate.
More than just music, Malam di MACAN: Gerak Groove also offers various exciting activities ranging from public programs, museum tours with the curatorial team to food and beverage bazaars.
