All visitors and the Museum's staffs are required to wear face masks at all times. We do not provide face masks, but when needed, you can purchase Shop at MACAN's limited edition face mask at the Museum area.
Our Cloakroom will be closed. For your convenience, while enjoying art in the gallery, we encourage you to bring a bag that is no larger than A4 paper in size.
If you have been feeling unwell prior to your visit, please consider planning to come at another time.
When you arrive, you will be guided to Level 2 (Museum Lobby).
Use your face mask at all times during the visit. We do not allow face masks to be taken off at any time — including when taking photo (selfie and group).
At the Museum Lobby, you will be directed to the Ticketing Counter (if you haven’t pre-booked your tickets) or to Level M (Museum) if you have booked your tickets.
On Level M, you will be undergoing an independent ticket scanning process.
For your own safety, we will limit the number of visitors in the gallery in each time slot. Hand sanitizers are available in the Public Area, while Hand soaps are available in the toilet.
